55k Terms & Conditions — In Plain Language

By using 55k (referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. Using any service on 55k constitutes acceptance of these terms.

55k is strictly for adults — that is, users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use 55k. Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure, and all balances may be forfeited.

To register with 55k, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false or misleading details may be terminated at any time.

Account Registration Requirements:

• Each person may register only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same mobile number or device may result in all accounts being closed.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• After registration, you may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.

Account security is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

55k will never ask for your password via email or phone. If anyone claims to represent 55k and asks for your password, report it to support immediately.

55k processes deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. All transactions are conducted in BDT.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• The mobile number used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number registered on your account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

55k is committed to preventing money laundering. If any suspicious transaction is detected, 55k reserves the right to suspend that account's activity pending investigation.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for each bonus has been met.

• Sports Betting outcomes are settled based on official results. In disputed cases, 55k's decision is final.
• Any attempt to manipulate outcomes by placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all winnings.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 55k. Violations will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's personal information.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software or games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Assisting anyone under 18 in creating an account.

55k reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of our terms and conditions.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.

If a verifiable real-money balance exists at the time of closure, it will be returned after investigation. However, balances may be forfeited if the account was closed due to prohibited activity.

55k provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 55k is not liable for the following:

• Any bet lost due to an internet connection failure.
• If a software issue on your device causes a game to be affected.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
• If the service is unavailable due to an unexpected technical error.

55k always strives to maintain the highest quality of service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. Occasional downtime may be necessary for scheduled maintenance.
